Personal sleep training

At the beginning, answer questions about your current sleep status and receive your individually tailored training program. Our sleep training is based on cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia. Studies show that just 10 minutes of sleep training per day over a period of 6-8 weeks significantly improves sleep quality. This is what you can expect:
